Will Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan get relief in the Iddat Nikah case? The court will announce the reserved decision today.
The court had reserved its decision a few days ago on the requests for suspension of the sentence in the Iddat Nikah case against PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi. Will former Prime Minister Imran Khan get relief in the case? The reserved decision will be announced today at 3 PM. District Session Judge Afzal Majoka will announce the decision on the appeals against the sentence in the Iddat Nikah case.
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan is currently imprisoned in Adiala Jail only due to the sentence in the Iddat Nikah case. The PTI founder has already been acquitted in the Toshakhana and Cypher cases, while he is also on bail in the 190 million pounds case and the May 9 cases registered in Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad.
The FIA has interrogated the PTI founder twice in Adiala Jail regarding anti-state video tweets. No new case has been registered against the PTI founder in this matter so far. Currently, no other new case has been filed against the PTI founder. If the decision in the Iddat Nikah case comes in favor of Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, there are chances of their release.
