The Sindh government has announced a public holiday in the province on Friday, 27th December, on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of Benazir Bhutto Shaheed.
The Sindh government has also issued a notification regarding the public holiday across the province, according to which there will be a public holiday in provincial departments, local councils, and autonomous corporations on Friday, 27th December.

Earlier, the Sindh government had announced public holidays on the 25th and 26th of December. On 25th December, there will be a public holiday in Sindh for the birth of the founder of Pakistan and Christmas Day. This holiday will apply to every individual in Sindh, while on 26th December, there will be a public holiday for Christian employees only, in observance of Christmas Day.
