The second tremor was recorded at 8:32 AM, with a lower magnitude of 1.5. According to the seismic center, this quake had a depth of 10 kilometers, and its epicenter was situated 7 kilometers northwest of Malir.
The tremors were brief, and no casualties or property damage were reported.
According to geological experts, such minor quakes indicate underground seismic activity but generally do not pose a major threat. However, citizens have been advised to follow safety precautions during natural disasters.
It is worth noting that these were the 32nd tremors recorded in Karachi since June 1.
