This morning, the minimum temperature recorded in the city was 28.5°C, while the current temperature stands at 31°C. Due to a humidity level of 70%, the weather feels as hot as 37°C. Experts predict that today’s maximum temperature may reach up to 34°C.
Winds are blowing from the west at a speed of 12 km/h, which may slightly reduce the feeling of heat. According to the Meteorological Department, light rain is possible in some parts of Karachi over the next 24 to 48 hours; however, a significant drop in overall heat intensity is not expected.
Residents have been advised to avoid unnecessary outdoor activities during peak afternoon hours and to stay hydrated. Experts also noted that current weather conditions may persist until next week.
