Suhana Khan, daughter of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has landed in legal trouble after purchasing agricultural land in Mumbai’s Alibagh region. According to media reports, Suhana acquired a valuable piece of farmland where official documents incorrectly identified her as a “farmer.”
Reports reveal that Suhana Khan purchased the property for around ₹13 crore from three sisters—Anjali, Rekha, and Priya—who had inherited the land. Following the deal, she has been facing legal complications.
Sources indicate that Suhana currently owns two plots in the same area with a combined worth of nearly ₹22 crore. These properties were purchased during 2023 and 2024 and are registered under Deja Vu Farms Pvt Ltd, a company owned by Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, Gauri Khan’s mother, and brother-in-law.
Indian media reports further state that during the land acquisition, Suhana Khan was allegedly shown as a “farmer” in the paperwork. This has led to legal challenges under local laws regulating the transfer of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes.
