Aleema Khan, sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan, has stated that any party leader who speaks about negotiations is neither aligned with the PTI founder’s stance nor can be considered a true associate of Imran Khan.
Speaking to the media outside the Anti-Terrorism Court in Rawalpindi on Tuesday, Aleema Khan said that Imran Khan has clearly conveyed his message regarding a street movement to the leadership of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, leaving no room for ambiguity.
She further stated that she has no knowledge of the declaration issued after the two-day conference of the Tehreek Tahafuz Aain Pakistan and distanced herself from it.
Terming the Toshakhana case baseless, Aleema Khan said that the case filed against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi is completely bogus and lacks any legal justification.
She added that Imran Khan recently reiterated his message of making every sacrifice for the nation, even expressing readiness to accept martyrdom in this struggle.
Concluding her remarks, Aleema Khan said that 11 books were sent to Imran Khan, out of which, according to the judge, nine books have been delivered to him.
