Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has said that there is no ambiguity regarding the efforts being made by Field Marshal Asim Munir for Pakistan’s development and overall progress.
Commenting on the British publication Financial Times describing Field Marshal Asim Munir as an expert in multi-dimensional foreign policy, Khawaja Asif said that the British newspaper credited Field Marshal Asim Munir for diplomatic achievements as well as successes in the conflict with India, reflecting his leadership and strategic capabilities.
He further stated that the efforts undertaken by Field Marshal Asim Munir for Pakistan’s development are clear and commendable, and there should be no confusion regarding his role.
Meanwhile, Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry, while commenting on the matter, said that the success of foreign policy rests with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir. He added that Pakistan’s relations with the world have strengthened due to foreign policy achievements, with China and the United States standing with Pakistan, while Arab countries are also supporting the country.
It is noteworthy that the British newspaper Financial Times has also acknowledged the impressive personality of Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Asim Munir, describing him as an effective strategic leader in the changing global order.
