Islamabad: The District and Sessions Courts in Islamabad have declared Ali Amin Gandapur a proclaimed offender in a case related to the recovery of liquor and weapons.
In a written verdict, Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti directed the police to arrest the accused and present him before the court immediately upon apprehension. The court noted that the decision was taken due to the accused’s continuous absence and apparent attempt to evade arrest.
According to the court order, a head constable informed the court that proclamation proceedings under Section 87 had been completed against the accused and that the police had submitted a detailed report regarding the action.
The verdict stated that the available facts indicate the accused has gone into hiding, prompting the court to declare him a proclaimed offender. The court also cancelled the bail bonds of Ali Amin Gandapur and issued permanent arrest warrants against him.
Additionally, the court ordered that his name be included in the list of proclaimed offenders and directed authorities to initiate legal action against his surety. Court records show that the case against Ali Amin Gandapur is registered at Bara Kahu Police Station.
