The first snowfall of the winter season has been recorded at Gorakh Hill Station, a popular tourist destination in Sindh, leading to a noticeable increase in cold weather conditions in the area.
Located in the Kirthar mountain range of Dadu district along the Sindh–Balochistan border, Gorakh Hill Station witnessed snowfall that transformed the surroundings into a scenic and picturesque landscape, attracting attention from tourists and locals alike.
According to meteorological authorities, the temperature at Gorakh Hill Station dropped to minus 2 degrees Celsius following the snowfall, intensifying the cold in the region.
Gorakh Hill Station is the only high-altitude, coldest, and most pleasant tourist spot in the Indus Valley region, where snowfall occurs after several years during winter, making it a unique and significant destination in Sindh.
