In Rawalpindi, the medical report of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan has been formally submitted before the Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi. Deputy Superintendent of Adiala Jail, Jamaat Ali Shah, appeared before the court and presented the medical report on behalf of the jail authorities.
According to the report submitted to the court, Imran Khan has undergone a medical examination strictly in accordance with the Pakistan Prison Rules, and his health is being monitored under the prescribed procedures. The report further stated that all required medical facilities are being provided to both Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in line with jail regulations.
During the proceedings, it was also highlighted that the court had earlier issued a contempt notice to the jail superintendent for failing to submit the report on time. Following the court’s directions, Adiala Jail authorities presented the medical report today, which has now been made part of the official court record, with further proceedings to continue as per law.
