Senator Faisal Vawda has stated that Pakistan’s problems could be resolved if strict action is taken against a minimum of 500 and a maximum of 5,000 politicians over the past 30 years.
Senator Faisal Vawda also met with President Asif Ali Zardari, during which the country’s political situation, parliamentary matters, and issues of mutual interest were discussed in detail.
Later, while speaking on a television program, Faisal Vawda said that if at least 500 and up to 5,000 politicians from the last three decades were subjected to severe punishment, Pakistan’s issues would be resolved. He added that political mismanagement over the years has played a major role in creating national crises.
The senator further stated that the 28th constitutional amendment will take place, through which matters, including the NFC Award and other national issues, will be resolved by mutual consent.
