In Islamabad, Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari praised the Pakistan Army over Operation Ghazab ul Haq and called on the Afghan Taliban to stop acting as an Indian proxy and destabilizing the region.
Reacting to the Pakistan Army’s response to the alleged unprovoked attack by the Afghan Taliban, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated that the armed forces delivered an effective and strong response, once again demonstrating their defensive capability and professionalism. He said the actions were in line with national security requirements.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari urged the Afghan government to play a constructive role in promoting regional peace instead of serving foreign interests. He said the policies of the Kabul regime compelled Pakistan to take retaliatory measures.
He further stated that Pakistan’s armed forces remain fully prepared along both eastern and western borders and are capable of defending every inch of the country.
The PPP chairman added that Pakistan does not seek confrontation, but if challenged, it knows how to respond decisively and will not compromise on national security.
