A decision has been taken to temporarily close specific air routes in the Karachi and Lahore regions at different times, which may impact flight schedules and operations.
According to a NOTAM issued by the Civil Aviation Authority, certain designated air routes in the Karachi and Lahore regions will remain restricted for a specified period. Officials stated that the decision has been made due to operational and administrative reasons.
As per the notice, the affected air routes will remain closed daily from March 3 to March 31 between 9 am and 3 pm. During this period, these specific routes will not be available for commercial flights, and airlines will be required to use alternative routes.
