A total of 62 flights to domestic and Middle Eastern destinations have been cancelled across Pakistan today, disrupting flight operations and causing inconvenience for passengers.
According to aviation sources, 16 flights from Karachi to Muscat, Dubai, Sharjah, Dammam, Riyadh, and Baghdad were cancelled, affecting a large number of international travelers.
Similarly, 11 flights from Lahore to Abu Dhabi, Madinah, Fujairah, Dubai, Sharjah, and Riyadh were cancelled, while 15 flights from Islamabad to Fujairah, Dammam, Istanbul, Kabul, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, and Sharjah were also called off.
Sources further stated that 4 flights from Multan to Doha and Dubai did not operate, while 10 flights from Peshawar to Doha, Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Fujairah were also cancelled.
In addition, 4 flights from Islamabad to Gilgit and 2 flights to Karachi were cancelled, impacting domestic travel as well.
