A remote-controlled bomb explosion occurred near a police vehicle at Shahbaz Khel Adda in Lakki Marwat, injuring five police personnel, including an assistant sub-inspector.
According to police, the injured officers were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where they are receiving medical treatment.
Officials stated that the explosive material was planted in a motorcycle and detonated remotely.
Following the incident, security in the area has been tightened, and law enforcement agencies have begun an investigation while collecting evidence.
