Following the failure of negotiations between Iran and the United States without any agreement, US President Donald Trump shared a post on his social media platform Truth Social, in which he indicated that a potential naval blockade against Iran is being considered as part of future strategy.
The post stated that if Iran does not accept the final conditions presented by the United States, Washington may seriously consider measures such as a naval blockade in the Strait of Hormuz to increase economic pressure on Iran, to force it to comply with the proposed terms.
It is worth noting that the talks between the United States and Iran held in Islamabad concluded without any deal, after which the US delegation departed immediately, raising concerns about a possible increase in regional tensions.
