President Asif Ali Zardari has approved the conferment of the Nishan-e-Imtiaz (Military) on General Syed Amir Raza, Commander of the National Strategic Command.
According to a statement issued by the Presidency on the social media platform X, the prestigious military award has been approved in recognition of General Raza’s distinguished services.
The statement said the honour acknowledges his contributions to strengthening Pakistan’s defence capabilities and enhancing the country’s strategic framework.
The Nishan-e-Imtiaz (Military) is among Pakistan’s highest military decorations and is awarded to officers who have rendered exceptional services to the country.
