The Meteorological Department has predicted rainfall with strong winds and thunderstorms in all four provinces, as well as Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.
According to the Meteorological Department, today there is a possibility of strong winds, thunderstorms, and rain accompanied by hail in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Upper Sindh, Punjab, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan. Some areas may also experience hailstorms.
The Meteorological Department states that in various regions of Punjab, including Mianwali, Bhakkar, Layyah, Dera Ghazi Khan, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, Mian Channu, Lahore, Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha, and Bahawalnagar, there will be rain accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds, along with the possibility of hailstorms.
According to weather experts, there is a possibility of cloud formation and rainfall in eastern Balochistan and Upper Sindh, and in the next 24 hours, Islamabad can expect gusty winds, thunderstorms, and rain accompanied by hail.
According to the report from the Meteorological Department, the highest rainfall in the past 24 hours was recorded in Faisalabad with 16 millimeters and Mian Channu with 15 millimeters.
