The Punjab government has introduced Pakistan’s first ‘E-Cattle Market’ on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, aiming to facilitate livestock trade and provide convenience to the public.
According to the details, this platform provided by the Punjab Information Technology Board provides the citizens with the facility to buy sacrificial animals online at their homes, which has revolutionized the livestock trade sector.
The E-Cattle Market app offers a comprehensive and user-friendly interface, enabling buyers to browse through a vast database of sacrificial animals.
In addition to facilitating direct communication with dealers, the app provides detailed information including images, videos, weights, and prices of each animal.
Ebrahim Tariq Shafi, chairman of Cattle Market and Management Company emphasized the benefits of the app and said, “With this app, citizens can now order the animal of their choice without visiting the crowded markets.
