The International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) has decided to end the ongoing investigation against Zulfi Bukhari.
Interpol has sent a formal letter to Zulfi Bukhari’s lawyers, informing them of the end of the investigation and the cancellation of the ongoing red notice.
According to Interpol, this decision was made after a detailed review of the application filed by Zulfi Bukhari’s lawyers and the details and evidence provided by the Pakistani government.
The agency said that in light of the information available, it was not considered necessary to further investigate or maintain a red notice. Following this decision, all ongoing proceedings at the Interpol level against Zulfi Bukhari have ended, which his legal circles have described as a significant development.
