Senior MQM Pakistan leader and Member of the National Assembly, Farooq Sattar, has urged Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to reconsider the decision to remove Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori and reinstate him to his position.
MQM Pakistan leader Ameen ul Haque stated in his statement that concerns regarding the change of the Sindh governor will be raised during a meeting with the Prime Minister, expressing dissatisfaction over the decision made without taking the party into confidence.
He said that the governor was removed without consulting MQM, and efforts will be made to ensure that the position of Sindh governor continues to remain with MQM Pakistan in the future.
Ameen ul Haque further stated that due to the poor performance of the Sindh government, development projects are facing delays, increasing difficulties for the public.
Meanwhile, Farooq Sattar also responded to the development, stating that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif should review the decision and restore Kamran Tessori to his post.
