Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has allowed spectators to attend the final of the eleventh edition of the Pakistan Super League, bringing excitement among cricket fans.
Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi stated in a social media post that he had requested the Prime Minister to permit fans in the stadium, and the request was approved.
According to Mohsin Naqvi, the Prime Minister also supported the idea of allowing fans to attend the final, and the decision was finalized following requests from franchise owners.
He thanked the Prime Minister and added that he also emphasized the importance of austerity measures in light of the current economic situation.
It is noteworthy that due to tensions in the Middle East and the situation arising from the US-Iran conflict, the government has already announced austerity measures across the country.
