According to media reports, the students running the civil disobedience movement have demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Hasina Wajid and announced a march towards Dhaka despite the curfew.
Foreign media reports indicate that the death toll from clashes during the student protests has risen to 94, while the total number of people killed in the overall anti-government protests has reached 300.
Recent clashes between the police and protesters have occurred, with the police using tear gas and other non-lethal weapons, resulting in several individuals being injured.
Reports indicate that on Sunday, fatalities occurred in the capital Dhaka, and northern districts. Police officials have also reported that protesters attacked the police in the Sirajganj area.
According to media reports, hundreds of people have been killed in violent incidents resulting from protests against the quota system that began in July. Students have announced a civil disobedience movement, and demonstrators are demanding the resignation of Sheikh Hasina.
Regarding the national situation, the Bangladeshi Prime Minister has stated that those destroying under the guise of protests are not students but criminals, and the public should deal with them with an iron hand.
