Under the ongoing heatwave advisory, Karachi is expected to remain hot and humid over the next three days.
Forecasters said humidity could reach 80 percent during morning hours and around 65 percent in the evening, further increasing the intensity of the heat.
In addition to sea breezes, winds from the western direction may also affect parts of the city, while moderate to severe heatwave conditions are expected to continue across much of Sindh.
The weather department added that dusty winds may occur in some plain areas of the province through June 13, while isolated areas could receive light rain accompanied by thunder.
Citizens have been advised to avoid unnecessary exposure to direct sunlight, stay hydrated and take extra precautions for children, the elderly and individuals with health conditions.
