Former Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader, ex-member of the Punjab Assembly, and Awam Pakistan Party leader Zaeem Qadri has passed away.
According to family sources, his funeral prayer will be offered after Maghrib at 26 Lawrence Road, where relatives, political figures, and party workers are expected to attend in large numbers.
Born on December 25, 1964, in Lahore, Zaeem Qadri served as a member of the Punjab Assembly from 2008 to 2018. During his tenure, he also served as an adviser to then Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif and performed duties as spokesperson for the Punjab government.
In 2018, he parted ways with PML-N due to internal party differences and later joined the Awam Pakistan Party.
