Rain-bearing clouds have started forming over the northwestern parts of Karachi, indicating a change in weather conditions across the city.
According to the Meteorological Department, these clouds may cause rainfall in the northern areas, with light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder expected today.
The department further stated that the weather is likely to remain partly cloudy over the next 24 hours, making conditions relatively pleasant.
Data shows that the minimum temperature in Karachi was recorded at 23.3°C, while the maximum temperature is expected to range between 29°C and 31°C.
Meanwhile, a new system of western winds bringing rain has entered Balochistan, affecting various regions of the province.
The Meteorological Department has forecast strong winds, thunderstorms, rainfall, and possible hailstorms in northern, central, and southern districts of Balochistan, while there is also a risk of flooding in local streams and rivers in the northeastern mountainous areas.
