The ICC Cricket World Cup, the biggest event of One Day International (ODI) cricket, is set to take place in India. In the first match, New Zealand won the toss against England and decided to field.
The opening match of the World Cup is being played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, where England is currently batting.
Speaking on the occasion of the toss, Kiwi captain Tom Latham said that after the warm-up match, they have prepared well, Kesson Williamson is recovering, will play the next matches.
