In the Rawalpindi Cipher case, there is a possibility of charges being framed today against the Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi.
According to the details, the third hearing of the cipher case related to the secret act in Rawalpindi will be held today in Adiala jail, the case will be heard by the judge of the special court Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain.
Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi are likely to be charged today in the hearing.
In the previous hearing, the copies of the challan were provided to the accused on October 9, after which the court fixed October 17 for indicting Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood.
It is noteworthy that the Chairman of PTI has challenged the order to frame charges in the Cipher case, in which the trial court’s order of October 9th has been requested to be declared null and void.
In the application, it was said that the trial court should receive the copy of the written case, although it was not received, the trial court did not wait for the High Court decision against the jail hearing.
