Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan has announced its support for the leader of the Muslim League (N), Nawaz Sharif, in the upcoming prime ministerial vote.
The seventh round of negotiations between Muttahida Qaumi Movement and Muslim League (N) regarding seat adjustment has ended in Karachi.
The 7th round of negotiations between the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan and the Muslim League-N in Karachi regarding the electoral alliance has yielded significant results.
Apart from Rana Mashhood, Nihal Hashmi, Nasiruddin and Mehmood Ali from the Muslim League (N) side, while Amin ul Haq, Javed Hanif and Hasan Sabir from MQM were involved in the talks.
After the meeting held at the Muslim League House, MQM leader Amin ul Haq announced that if the opportunity comes to elect the prime minister, MQM’s vote will be in Nawaz Sharif’s political party.
He said that matters have been finalized, will Shahbaz Sharif contest the election on NA 242 or Mustafa Kamal? This decision will be taken by Shahbaz Sharif and Khalid Maqbool together.
MQM leader claimed that PML-N and MQM will form the next government in Sindh together.
N-League leader Rana Mashhood stated that despite receiving Rs 2200 billion during the 15-year tenure in Sindh, there has been no visible progress. He announced the decision to end the politics of corruption in Sindh.
