Renowned Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has revealed that he lost nearly 18 kilograms after adopting an anti-inflammatory diet, clarifying that weight loss was never his primary goal. Instead, the dietary change was aimed at finding relief from persistent migraine headaches.
Speaking during the promotional campaign of his upcoming film, Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos, Aamir Khan shared that the weight loss happened naturally and unexpectedly over time. He explained that the diet was introduced purely for health reasons.
According to the actor, the anti-inflammatory diet proved to be extremely effective. “It all happened on its own. I never followed the diet to lose weight; I did it for my health, and it worked like magic for me,” he said.
Aamir Khan further added that the dietary change not only resulted in significant weight loss but also led to a noticeable reduction in migraine attacks, greatly improving his daily routine and overall quality of life.
Although the actor did not disclose detailed information about his diet plan, he emphasized that the lifestyle change had a clear and positive impact on his health, delivering long-term benefits.
