ISLAMABAD: Justice Aminuddin Khan apologized for not being able to hear the case, which caused the Supreme Court bench to break up. A new bench will now be formed in the election postponement case.
According to the decision of yesterday, Justice Aminuddin apologized for not being able to hear the case, which led to the five-member bench hearing the case of the postponed elections breaking up.
After Justice Aminuddin spoke, the bench left the courtroom, and a new bench will be formed in the case of the postponed elections.
Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Umar Ata Bandial, said that Justice Amin had something to say, to which Justice Aminuddin said that they wanted to apologize for not being able to hear the case in the context of Justice Qazi Faez Isa’s decision.
