Larkana: Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, announced the construction of twenty lakh houses for the flood-affected people in Sindh.
Addressing the gathering, Chairman Bilawal Bhutto said that those sitting in Islamabad have no idea about the difficulties faced by the people; we are taking land from the government and giving it to the public.
Bilawal Bhutto stated that along with financial aid, ownership rights will also be given to the affected individuals, and the houses built will be in the names of the women in the families.
He emphasized that there are issues all over the country, such as inflation, unemployment, and increasing poverty. The sole purpose of the Pakistan Peoples Party is to strengthen the common man, and when the common man becomes strong, Pakistan will also stand firmly on its economic feet.
Chairman Bilawal Bhutto said that Sindh had suffered historic losses due to the floods, and they would provide financial aid to the flood-affected people so that they can stand on their own feet.
He asserted that it is their right to provide ownership rights to the flood-affected people. Strengthening women economically makes the whole family strong. They will build such houses that if floods come again, there will be no losses.
