The dollar has depreciated against the rupee for the 15th consecutive business day in domestic exchange markets. Yesterday, the price of the dollar was recorded at 290 rupees 86 paise in the interbank.
At the start of the business week on the second day, after a decrease of 26 paise, the buying and selling of the dollar is taking place at Rs. 289.60.
It is worth mentioning that the previous day, the value of the dollar was recorded at Rs. 290.86 with a decrease of 90 paise in the interbank market.
In the open market as well, there was an improvement in the value of the rupee, and after an increase of 50 paise in the buying and selling of the dollar, it closed at Rs. 290 and Rs. 293, respectively.
On the other hand, there is a rapid trend in business today in the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
After an increase of 78 points in the first session of the PSX 100 index trading, it reached 46,472 points. The PSX 100 index closed at 46,393 points the previous day.
