President Arif Alvi accepted the resignation of Supreme Court judge Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan.Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan resigned under Articles 179 and 206 (1) of the Constitution.
The President accepted the resignation of Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan on the advice of the Prime Minister.
It should be noted that after former Supreme Court judge Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi, the most senior judge of the Supreme Court, Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan, resigned yesterday.
