The budget for the upcoming fiscal year of Sindh will be presented tomorrow, with an estimated total of Rs. 2350 billion. Out of this, it is proposed that over Rs. 423 billion will be allocated for the Annual Development Program.
The Sindh Assembly’s budget session is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, June 14, at 3 PM. Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah will present the budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Additionally, a cabinet meeting has been called for tomorrow morning at 9 AM.
Moreover, it will be announced that there will be an increase of 15 to 20 percent in employees’ salaries and more than 50,000 new job vacancies.
The budget also proposes providing solar systems to 200 homes, with the first phase involving the installation in 200 homes.
There will be new recruitments in the departments of education, police, energy, health, livestock, and others. The Sindh budget suggests allocating maximum funds for ongoing schemes, while new schemes will receive minimal funding.
Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah will present the budget, which will be approved in the session.
