The government has increased the prices of petroleum products. The price of petrol has been increased by Rs 22.20 while the price of high speed diesel has been increased by Rs 17.20.
The price of kerosene has been increased by Rs 12.90. 9.68 rupees increased on light diesel.
After the increase, the new price of petrol has become 272 rupees.
The high speed diesel is now Rs 280 and the light speed diesel is Rs 196 and 68 paise.
The new price of kerosene has become 202 rupees 73 paise.
The government says that the increase in excise duty on petroleum products has led to the depreciation of the Pakistani rupee.
