Islamabad: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Atta Tarar has claimed that in Pakistan’s retaliatory action at the Line of Control (LoC), 40 to 50 Indian soldiers were killed and damage was inflicted on Indian aircraft and military installations.
Speaking during the National Assembly session, Atta Tarar said India is still collecting the bodies of its soldiers and is now apologizing that Pakistan destroyed its brigade headquarters.
He further stated that Rafale jets, considered among the world’s top fighter aircraft and a source of Indian pride, have faced humiliation. He added that India has learned such a lesson that its strategy has changed, while in Pakistan, a new wave of national unity, spirit, and enthusiasm is being witnessed.
The Information Minister said that India’s arrogance was not only shattered through aircraft, but its entire air power received a crushing response. Even the manufacturer of Rafale jets has reportedly expressed concern over India’s defeat.
He also stated that Pakistan shot down Israeli-made Indian drones using systems beyond traditional air defense, and now India is sending more drones to hide its embarrassment. Indian pilots might be wondering why they should go face attacks, so drones are being used to avoid risk.
