Pakistan’s world-record-holding athlete Rashid Naseem has added another remarkable achievement to his name, earning the title of the world’s fastest boxing puncher. He secured this honor by breaking the record of England’s Josh Leialla, previously known as the World Fastest Boxing Punch Expert.
Rashid Naseem surpassed the previous record of 374 punches in one minute by delivering 386 punches to the target within the same time. This outstanding performance has been officially recognized by Guinness World Records and published on its website, along with a confirmation email. Rashid dedicated this world record to Palestine, marking his 154th world record.
Rashid Naseem holds the distinction of having the most world records in the boxing punch category globally. Previously, he set the record of 32,686 punches in one hour for Pakistan, and has also completed over 24,000 punches in one hour with a one-kilogram weight.
So far, no one has been able to break his record of 675 punches in one minute with one kilogram weight, 1,896 punches in three minutes, and 1,778 punches in three minutes with one kilogram weight.
Recently, Rashid Naseem also performed the unique feat of delivering 207 full extension punches while holding an egg in one hand, a record acknowledged by Guinness World Records. Similarly, he holds the record for 163 full extension punches with one kilogram weight using one hand.
