Al-Qadir Trust Case: Islamabad High Court has accepted the bail plea of former Prime Minister and Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan.
After an hour’s delay, a bench comprising Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Saman Rifat Imtiaz started the hearing in Room No. 2 of the High Court, which was later adjourned for Friday.
After a break in the court, the hearing began.
Imran Khan is present in the court along with the legal team, Khawaja Haris started giving arguments on bail applications.
Khawaja Haris took the stand that Imran Khan was arrested while filing the petition on May 9, he further said that the inquiry report was shown to Imran Khan after his arrest.
