Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Chairman has filed an appeal in the high court to challenge the delay in the verdict regarding incompetence in the Tosha khana case.
Sardar Latif Khosa, advocate for the PTI Chairman, has submitted a request in the Islamabad High Court. The request appeals for the amendment of the appeal to grant the state permission to form a separate bench by modifying the appeal regarding the PTI Chairman’s sentence in the Tosha khana case.
The appeal requests that the notification of incompetence of the PTI Chairman be delayed in the Tosha khana case, as the notification was issued on the basis of the sentence in the case, hence the incompetency notification issued by the Election Commission should be delayed.”
