KARACHI: The Sindh Transport Department has decided to run a special Pink People’s Bus service for working women. ‘Pakistan’s first’ women-only bus service in Karachi.
A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Sindh Transport Minister Sharjeel Memon, in which Sharjeel Memon said that Pink People’s Bus service is being started in Karachi from February 1, and the travel problems of working women from Pink People’s Bus have been taken into consideration.
Sharjeel Memon says that Model Colony, Shahrah Faisal and Tawar route has been selected for the first route of Pink People’s Bus Service, Pink Bus Service will run every 20 minutes in the morning and evening.
