Karachi Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) has announced its candidates for the upcoming general elections scheduled for February 8th in the National and Provincial Assemblies.
Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rahman, will contest elections from NA-246, NA-250, and PS-130. Tickets have been issued to Mumtaz Hussain from NA-229, Muhammad Islam from NA-230, Omar Farooq from NA-231, and Tofeeq-ud-Din from NA-232.
According to the spokesperson of Jamaat-e-Islami, candidates from the party for the upcoming elections are Javed Khan from NA-233, Akhtar Hussain from NA-234, Miraj-ul-Huda Siddiqui from NA-235, Dr. Osama Razi from NA-236, and Irfan Ikhlas from NA-237.
In addition, Saif-ul-Din will contest from NA-238, Fazal-ur-Rehman from NA-239, Syed Abdul Rashid from NA-240, Naveed Ali Baig from NA-241, Maulana Fazl Ahad from NA-242, Shiraz Jadon from NA-243, Irfan Ahmed from NA-244, and Muhammad Ishaq from NA-245.
According to the spokesman, Munim Zafar from NA 247, Muhammad Babar Khan from NA 248, Muslim Pervez from NA 249 will be the candidates of Jamaat-e-Islami.
