Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed grief over the death of the Vice President of Malawi in a plane crash. Shehbaz Sharif also expressed solidarity with the government and people of Malawi in the hour of sorrow.
Saulos Chilima died in a plane crash along with nine other passengers, the country’s President Lazarus Chakwera announced in an address to the nation.
According to the Defense Force, the Vice President’s plane may have crashed in Chikungwa forest, the wreckage of which was found near the hills in the northern region.
