A flight from Doha, Qatar to the Philippines made an emergency landing in Karachi.
According to aviation sources, flight QR 926 was going from Qatar to the Philippines when one of the engines of the Dreamliner plane stopped in Pakistan’s airspace.
According to the Civil Aviation Spokesman, the plane of Qatar Airways suffered a malfunction at an altitude of 39,000 feet, the pilot gave a May Day call and asked permission for an emergency landing in Karachi.
After receiving permission, the plane landed safely at Jinnah International Airport in Karachi, and 187 passengers on board were transferred to the lounge.
The passenger plane was going to Angeles City, Philippines. According to aviation sources, the passengers of the plane are waiting for departure.
