The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed a positive start to the business week, but the trend soon turned mixed, while the US dollar saw a slight depreciation.
The benchmark KSE-100 index dropped by 9 points, closing at 110,332. During the trading session, the index reached an intraday high of 110,845 points.
At the end of the previous trading week, the index had closed at 110,322 points.
Meanwhile, in the interbank market, the US dollar depreciated by 5 paisas, dropping from Rs. 279.05 to Rs. 279.
