The coaches of Jaffar Express, which was targeted in a terrorist attack in Bolan, were brought to Quetta after eight days. Three hand grenades were recovered from the wrecked coaches and were defused.
According to Dawn News, the coaches transported to Quetta had bullet marks, and most of the windows were shattered. Railway officials stated that the coaches would be repaired and made operational again.
Railway police confirmed that three hand grenades were found in the damaged coaches of Jaffar Express in Quetta, which were safely defused. The affected coaches had been brought from the Mushkaf area of Kachhi district.
It is noteworthy that on March 11, terrorists attacked Jaffar Express in Bolan, resulting in the martyrdom of several civilians and security personnel. Following the attack, security forces launched an operation, successfully rescuing the hijacked train and passengers. Around 50 terrorists were killed during the operation.
