Seven Indian-sponsored terrorists were killed in operations carried out in North Waziristan and Chitral, while four Pakistani soldiers, including a lieutenant, embraced martyrdom.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), a terrorist attack on a security forces’ checkpost in North Waziristan was successfully foiled. During the timely response by security forces, six Indian-sponsored terrorists were killed, and four soldiers sacrificed their lives defending the motherland.
The martyred personnel have been identified as Lieutenant Daniyal Ismail, Naib Subedar Kashif Raza, Lance Naik Faiqat Ali, and Sepoy Muhammad Hamid.
Meanwhile, in a separate action in Chitral, another Indian agent was eliminated.
ISPR stated that a clearance operation is ongoing in the area. The Pakistani nation stands united like a rock against Indian terrorism, and the sacrifices of our martyrs only strengthen our resolve.
Lieutenant Daniyal Ismail, aged 23, belonged to the Mardan district. He joined the Pakistan Army seven months ago. His father serves as a civilian driver in the Pakistan Air Force. He is survived by his father and brother.
Naib Subedar Kashif Raza, aged 41, hailed from Chakwal district. He served in the Pakistan Army for 21 years. He is survived by his wife, one daughter, and two sons.
Lance Naik Faiqat Ali, aged 35, belonged to the Haripur district and had served for 15 years. He is survived by his wife, one daughter, and three sons.
Sepoy Muhammad Hamid, aged 26, was from Abbottabad district and served for six years. He is survived by his mother.
