According to the information provided by the ISI PR, an intelligence-based operation (IBO) has been launched to prevent a group of active terrorists in Noshman, a southern area of Sehwi, starting from March 30, 2023. The terrorists were involved in targeting civilians as well as intimidating coal mine owners.
The ISI PR stated that based on credible information, security forces had been conducting checkpoints on various roads in the affected area for the past two days. As the three terrorists approached their hideout, they fired upon the security forces, resulting in one terrorist being killed and two others being injured in the exchange of fire. A large quantity of weapons and ammunition was also recovered from the suspects.
