Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has said that criticism leads to democracy, and in a dictatorship, there is no right to criticize.
Speaking to the media outside the Lahore High Court, Imran Khan said that criticizing wrongdoings is detrimental to society. Criticism leads to democracy, and only in a dictatorship, there is no right to criticize.
Imran Khan said that 3,000 of their workers have been arrested, and every day new FIRs are being filed against them. The issue of illegal detention and disappearance is severe. If such news goes outside, Pakistan’s reputation will be tarnished.
The PTI Chairman said that the division of the Supreme Court is harmful to this country. The Supreme Court is the guarantor of fundamental human rights. We want the implementation of the constitution in this country, and until then, we cannot save this country.
Imran Khan said that the demand for electoral reforms and our request is for the election to be held within 90 days. Those who are running away from the election are not concerned about the constitution or the supremacy of the law.
