At the opening of business on Wednesday, the dollar recorded a decline of 57 paise in the interbank exchange, after which the dollar settled at Rs 280.
According to the currency exchange report, in the open market, the Saudi Riyal is currently trading at 74.8 rupees after a slight decrease, while the Emirati Dirham is trading at 78.2 rupees.
The Qatari Riyal is trading at 76.49 Rupees, Kuwaiti Dinar at 901.21 Rupees, Bahraini Dinar at 740.83 Rupees, Australian Dollar at 175 Rupees and 25 Paisas, Canadian Dollar at 204 Rupees, and the British Pound is valued at 344 Rupees.
On the other hand, the stock market saw a positive start to trading. Pakistan Stock Exchange recorded a gain of 161 points in the 100 index. During the trading, the index was observed trading at 51,189 points.
